Features:
1.Zirconia offers low thermal conductivity and is electrically conductive above 800ºC. Also has the unique ability to allow oxygen ions to move freely through the crystal structure above 600ºC.
2..Zirconia (TZP) offers chemical and corrosion resistance to temperatures well above the melting point of Alumina.
3.Very high resistance to crack propagation, high fracture toughness (6.5 to 8 MPam1/2)
4.Ability to conduct oxygen ions (used for the measurement of oxygen partial pressures in lambda probes)
